2. Categories of Data and Purposes

When an enquiry is submitted, we may process the sender’s name, organisation, e-mail address, telephone number if provided, the subject and content of the enquiry. The data are used to respond, prepare a quotation, take steps prior to entering into a contract, perform contractual relations and protect legitimate interests.

3. Legal Bases

Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on Article 6(1)(b), (c) or (f) GDPR. Where optional marketing communications are sent, separate and valid consent under Article 6(1)(a) is used unless another lawful basis applies.

4. Recipients, Processors and International Transfers

Data may be processed by hosting, e-mail, IT support, anti-abuse and other service providers only where necessary, subject to contractual safeguards and applicable law. Where data are transferred outside the European Economic Area, a valid transfer mechanism must be used. The actual providers will be identified after their final selection.

5. Retention Periods

Data are retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, compliance with legal obligations and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Specific retention periods must be defined before publication.

6. Individual Rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, individuals have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. A complaint may be lodged with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.
